Important changes coming
We have changed the way we schedule appointments.
It has always been a pleasure to offer an appointment only, one on one type of service to our clients. We have done it this way for 12 years. However, in the last year or two we have had many last minute cancellations and no shows, This has caused an impact financially for the salon and the groomers. In the past, each groomer has only accepted one dog at a time. NOW.. each groomer will accept 2 at a time. This will prevent them from sitting around unpaid if someone no shows for their appointment and will allow the furkids to have break times during the grooming process. If you have any questions on how this will work, please call or email the salon owner. She is happy to answer any questions you have.

We had a small price increase in 2020. We hate is as much as you do but we have to keep up with inflation. There is a 3% discount if you pay with CASH OR CHECK!
Those that go 8 weeks or more may see a 5%-15% increase (depending on length between last visit, size of pet and condition of coat) Dogs that have matting, excess filth, or longer more detailed clips will require more time. If you like to go long time between haircuts, coming between grooms for baths or mini grooms will definitely help keep down grooming costs. Regular visits are important, not only for the health benefits, but mental benefits of your furbaby as well.
Some good news.... DENTAL TREATMENT WILL NOW BE INCLUDED IN ALL SERVICES. YAY!

We LOVE our Doodles. Labradoodles, Goldendoodles, Sheepadoodles, Aussiedoodles, Doodle here Doodle there. Big and small we love them all. And as much as we enjoy them, they are time consuming and use a lot of product use. Because of the time it takes to complete a groom on them, there price will reflect that in the future. Doodle pricing will be $50 an hour. (This only includes actual groom time, NOT how long they are here) Those of you that are already getting short clips on your Doodles, this pricing tier will most likely not affect your future pricing at all. Those of you that prefer the longer guarded and scissor grooms may see an increase in price. Should you have any questions about your specific dog, please email Crystal at
Because we will have set hours of 9am to 5pm. There will be a charge of $1 per minutes past 5pm. This will be enforced, so please be here by 5pm!
Tuesdays will be our discount days! 10% off for Seniors (62+) and Military. Must provide ID the first time using discount.
NO SHOWS AND LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS!
We will no longer be lenient with this. All clients are sent an email and text 1 week and 1 day prior to their appointment. With today's technology, there is no reason to not be able to make it to your appointment or give enough notice to cancel. Our groomers are on commission based pay and rely on you to support themselves and their families. Should you violate this policy, you will be REQUIRED to pay 50% of the service price you were booked for BEFORE scheduling your next appointment AND pre- pay for your future appointment. These fees will DOUBLE if you no show the week prior to Thanksgiving or Christmas. ALSO... when you receive your TEXT reminder, TO KEEP THE APPOINTMENT YOU MUST reply with the letter "C" only to confirm. This in not a 2 way text system. Please do not reply anything other than the letter "C" or we won't get the confirmation.
SHOWING UP LATE
Be prepared to show up EARLY. There are school zones, red lights, rain, trains and all kinds of things that can delay you. If you think you will be 15 minutes or so late, CALL US. If we don't hear from you, your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED and will be considered a NO SHOW if you are not here WITHIN 15 minutes of your appointment.

Your furbabies are extremely important to us! This is why we must put policies in place to run a smooth operation and keep a low stress and relaxing environment for them. We appreciate your trust and faith in us caring for you fur kids in the past and look forward to providing you and them even better service in the future. We are constantly looking for ways to make things better and are open to any ideas or comments you have for us. The owner is always willing to listen and take into consideration you request.
